I had some disappointments. The many lighting buttons seemed unnecessarily confusing. It was hard to work them. The lift opened directly into our apartment. No one told us during check-in we shouldn't close the door when leaving or we would be locked out! We discovered this only when a receptionist delivered a heater to us.
